Garam Masala
Spice mixes are usually the easiest things to whip up. For instance, for this, you have two steps:
Step 1: Gather these ingredients: 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon crumbled bay leaves, ½ teaspoon ground cloves.
Step 2: Mix them!
