• Italian Breakfast Cookies: Chocolate Chip (Cane Sugar-free)

    Monday, 30th April 2018Tyler

Two months into the years I lived in Italy, I realized that my roommates had bought tons and tons of cookies. I hadn’t figured out why and decided to ask. “Breakfast of course!” Obviously stunned by the response, they invited me to sample their breakfast the following morning. Italian breakfast cookies take Cookie Crisp to a whole new level! I had cookies for breakfast several times after that (usually Mulino Bianco, such a good brand!). German Herrencreme

    Thursday, 8th March 2018Tyler

Speaking of Kings, my brother gets married tomorrow! Yay!! 🎉🎉💒💐⛪🎉🎉 (Huh, I didn’t know I could include those emojis. Super cool!) I’ve almost finished his cake, decorations for his car and the reception! There’s still a bunch to do! I’m super excited for…

    Authentic Spanish Hot Chocolate

    Tuesday, 14th November 2017Tyler

Ah! España! Home of the great navigators and colonizers like Christopher Columbus and Don Quixote. The other day, while eating breakfast, I reflected upon my scrumptious omelet and thought of Spain. Wishing I had something a little more than water with my meal I began thinking about Spanish breakfasts. Lo and behold a classic Spanish breakfast came to mind: chocolate caliente and churros! I know you’ll love making chocolate caliente as much as I did. I actually made it four times in the past few days just to experiment and get the flavor just right (and because it is ridiculously good!). I’m still…
